What was the highlight of Adams Beach Hotel & Spa Deluxe Wing
Great location
The location is perfect! It’s close to Nissi beach and only about 7-10 mins drive to Nissi Avenue. The facility of the hotel was good! Had it’s private beach and the pools were nice too. The rooms in the deluxe wing were good. We got the suite and a deluxe room. the suite had a problem with the AC they did come twice to fix it but the room did not cool as much as the deluxe room. They’re just a little far from the main reception. But it does have its own gate to leave the hotel. Some staff were nice and tried to accommodate us, such as the beach/pool manager. We did not want to use plastic (saving the environment) and he was very understanding and let us use glass. The breakfast restaurant was big and had good variety of food. There’s a store right under the hotel which was good.
Out first interaction with the hotel did not go too well. When we arrived at the main reception we mentioned that we booked in the deluxe wing, after 45 minutes of waiting, they told us we needed to go to the deluxe wing and check in there. When we got to the deluxe wing reception we were told the rooms were not ready and to go just go eat somewhere (rudely)... We decided to just eat at the Piano restaurant in the hotel. We gave in our order, then was asked again by another waiter what exactly our order was. She was very rude and kept complaining about our order. We told her multiple times we do not eat ham, yet one of the dishes had ham... When asked for the bill, she threw the pen to my friend. When complained to the manager all he could say was “this is how she is”. Housekeeping would come into the room right after knocking. They would not wait even 3 seconds for someone to open it. They would just walk into the room. Overall our stay was good. Not too sure about some of the staff, they need training in hospitality.

Go, but make sure not at end of season because you will be asked to vacate.
Location, huge modern room.
Staff asked us to move out as they were closing the wing. We were told our restaurant was also closing. You can’t advertise the deluxe wing if you don’t intend to keep open, our bathrobes and coffees etc were no longer replenished after we received the phone call to move. Probably because we said we only had three more nights of our 9 day stay and refused to move.
